RSA brings together diplomatic, technical and program management to ensure that every dollar we invest contributes to a safer, stronger, and more prosperous America.
RSA manages a portfolio of life-saving and strategic programs across a range of issues in the Asia region to include strategic Mekong programming , health security, IUU fishing, disaster assistance, life-saving assistance, and food security. These programs enhance U.S. efforts to advance foreign policy priorities and expand burden-sharing.
